Peria reinterprets the rotational movement of the periaktoi through a vertical form. As the layered stone body narrows towards the top, its profile shifts continuously, giving the piece a sense of movement rather than a fixed silhouette.

Layered marble planes and curved cuts mean the console reads differently from each side, never settling into one fixed silhouette. Rather than being carved from a single block, its base is composed of asymmetrical stone elements that rest against one another.
Designed as part of the Peria family, the console moves beyond the role of a static background piece to become an active element within the interior.
The stone body is cut into a sequence of offset planes, so its form shifts with every viewing angle. Light filtered through the square linen shade falls across the angular surface of the stone, forming a composition of shifting shadows throughout the day.

Peria takes its name from the periaktoi, rotating stage devices used to transform scenery in ancient Greek theatre.
The collection translates this idea through movement, framing and changing perspectives.
Asymmetrical stone frames interact with both the reflection and the surrounding space, so the piece never reads the same way twice.
When the three pieces of varying heights are placed together, they form a composition that extends the same visual language.
